DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am unable to take insurance at this time. However if you have a PPO I can provide a super bill for you to submit for reimbursement. Sometimes insurance will help pay a percentage of mental health services. Call your insurance to see if they reimburse for mental health services.

WHAT IS YOUR FEE?

My fee for individual therapy is $195 per 50 minute session. 

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS AND HOW LONG DO I NEED TO ATTEND THERAPY?

Sessions are 50 minutes long. I also offer 70 and 90 minute sessions for those who feel they could benefit from a longer time frame. (Or for family work) 

For most effective treatment, attending sessions 1x/wk is best at the beginning. Depending on goals and needs and symptom reduction bi-weekly can be a good option. I generally suggest clients attend 4-6 sessions weekly before transitioning to bi-weekly. As progress continues clients might schedule therapy 2x a month. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

You can absolutely cancel your appointment and reschedule if something comes up. However I do enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy due to the limitations of scheduling. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged your session rate. (Exceptions will only be allowed for certain circumstances)

CAN I REQUEST A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
